Register a glider mission
how can you register a glider mission in OceanOPS?
OceanOPS provides real-time tracking and plays a key role in enhancing data accessibility, interoperability, and long-term ocean monitoring to support climate research, marine ecosystems, and operational oceanography.
Here are the steps to register a glider mission:

- Make sure the National Glider Program where you want to register your deployment is already existing (otherwise contact the technical coordinator to create a new National Glider Programme)
- Register your gliders with a WMO ID following the steps on the tutorial below
- Charge a file with the metadata of the deployment you want to register
